Xiamen Soothingware Sanitary Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2009, located in the beautiful garden city - Egret Island. The company has grown from a small family-style workshop at the beginning of its establishment to a leading domestic manufacturer of mechanical bidet market segments, and has always dared to innovate, scientific research and show the power of China's intelligent manufacturing.
For more than ten years, Soothingware has always adhered to the purpose of product development and design, quality control and lean production, and currently exports its products to more than 40 countries and regions around the world, and maintains the industry leader position in several mainstream markets in North America, South America, Europe and Australia. In the United States, some large well-known brand chain supermarkets: such as Home-depot, Lowe's, Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, etc. On the world's well-known e-commerce platforms, Amazon (Amazon), Groupon, AliExpress, Wish, Lazada, Ebay and so on, you can see the products made by Water Le sanitary ware.
At the beginning of the establishment of the company, the product is single, the main business is only cold water bidet, hot & cold water bidets. After more than ten years of development, the product series has expanded to five series: cold water bidet, hot & cold water bidet, bidet toilet seat, portable bidet and hand held bidet. And the number of product models has developed from four to more than fifty today, the product structure design is also constantly updated. In the process of design reform and upgrading, we have obtained more than 50 patents, and won the title of "National high-tech Enterprise" in December 2016 and has been re-recognized in 2023. In the future product development, in addition to the in-depth cultivation of the existing series of products, we plan to upgrade the product to the micro-intelligence stage, to bring better experience to customers.
In terms of the internal management of the factory, our factory has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, intellectual property management system and other certificates, and passed the Costco factory inspection in 2017. Production assembly has also been upgraded from the most primitive screwdriver to semi-automated. Have a full set of product inspection equipment.
